With roots in data science and a decade of experience across F&B, Pharma, and SaaS, I’ve spent my career turning complexity into clarity, helping organizations deliver world-class customer experiences while driving sustainable revenue growth.

I began my professional journey at Mu Sigma, where I honed my analytical and problem-solving foundation, working with Fortune 50 clients to uncover insights that shaped market, sales, and customer strategies. That experience taught me the power of data to explain the past and design the future.

From there, my path led to Freshworks, where I grew alongside a company that scaled 10x and went public, wearing many hats across Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, and Corporate Strategy. As Chief of Staff to the Chief Customer and Marketing Officer, and previously in both the CEO’s and CRO’s offices, I’ve led global business planning, operational transformations, sales planning, and customer engagement strategies that shaped growth at scale.

But beyond the roles and results, what drives me is the human side of growth, helping teams align, adapt, and thrive in the face of constant change. Whether it’s implementing systems, building strategy from scratch, simplifying cross-functional chaos, or building high-performing teams in dynamic, high-growth environments, I dive in wholeheartedly, steady under pressure, curious at every turn, and always committed to making things better than I found them.
